About
I came to software engineering from finance, and that background still shapes how I build. I pay attention to the operational details behind a feature: who depends on it, what can go wrong, where money or compliance enters the picture, and what the team needs from the system day after day.
At APAX Software, I've worked across implementation and product ownership: scoping requirements, grooming backlogs, planning sprints, shipping code, supporting releases, and running stakeholder demos. On Mass Lodge, I helped turn spreadsheet-heavy travel operations into booking, request-management, billing, and print-document workflows backed by TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, Drizzle ORM, Zod, and Clerk.
The work I enjoy most is practical: internal tools, admin systems, integrations, data entry screens, accessibility improvements, and the small decisions that make software easier for real teams to use. I work primarily in TypeScript, React, and Next.js, with Django, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and Supabase on the backend.
I'm strongest on teams that value clear communication, steady delivery, and engineers who can move from stakeholder notes to working software without losing the thread.
