Mass Lodge
Enterprise travel platform for booking, member, billing, and document workflows that had previously leaned on spreadsheets and manual coordination.
Mass Lodge manages travel operations for a large membership organization, including reservation requests, hotel options, guest assignments, billing records, and printable documents. Much of the operational knowledge started in spreadsheets, email, and manual coordination, so the product work started with understanding how the team already handled booking exceptions, approvals, and billing.
The app was built in a modern TypeScript stack, but the hardest part was not the tooling. It was turning booking, approval, and financial details into screens and data models that non-technical users could trust.
